Local school district information
The public school district for our community is Rich County School District. https://www.richschool.org.
How is trash disposal handled?
Rich County sanitation provides all residential trash services county wide. There are two dumpster areas available; one at the bottom of Sweetwater Pkwy on the south and one off Kimball Ln.
Do not leave oversized or free items outside of the dumpsters. Restrictions on the types of trash allowed in the dumpsters are identified on the outside of the dumpsters. Large or forbidden items should be taken to the Rich County Landfill https://www.richcountyut.org/waste/
What are the assessments and fees for the HOA?
Annual Assessments
Lot with Cabin – $400.00 (Due March 15th)
Lot without Cabin – $400.00 (Due March 15th)
One-Time Construction Fees (HOA only)
Building Fee – $8,500.00 (3,000.00 REFUNDABLE)
Building Fee Garage only – $400.00 (NON-REFUNDABLE)
Billing and collection policy:
1. The annual assessment statements are mailed out on February 1st.
2. The due date for the annual billing is March 15th.
3. Bills not paid by March 31st will have a $15.00 late fee applied.
4. For every month thereafter an interest charge will be applied to balance owed of 1 ½%.
5. After August 31st, delinquent accounts will be turned over to a collection agency and/or a lien will be filed against the property. The property owner will then be responsible for these additional expenses.

Natural Gas – There is no natural gas service in the area, but several independent propane providers serve the area. An internet search will provide several options for you to choose from.

What is the name of our management company?
We do not employ a management company. It is the responsibility of the board of directors to manage the HOA.

Owners in the Sweetwater Golf Course HOA may be eligible to purchase a membership to Ideal Beach Resort. Ideal Beach sets the price and rules for that membership, so please contact them for more information.
