Proposal for a One Time Assessment for Paving Will Not be Implemented

Dear Sweetwater Golf Course HOA Members,

After reviewing member feedback and evaluating the financial impact on the community, the Board of Directors has decided not to move forward with the proposed $3,200 special assessment for road paving.

While some members supported proceeding with the project, many expressed that the cost would create a significant financial hardship. The Board takes these concerns seriously. Given the mixed input and the number of households for whom the assessment would be burdensome, we determined that it is not in the best interest of the community to implement the assessment at this time.

We received a great amount of feedback, and while I couldn’t respond to each email, every comment was reviewed.
